Nozzle
Maivis the nozzles are available in 4 sizes, with a minimum nozzle diameter of 16mm and lengths ranging from 30mm to 300mm. There are more than 20 standard gates, including point gates, valve gates, and large nozzles. The variety of gate requirements for plastic parts; Maivis the nozzle can withstand injection pressures up to 3000 Bar.
Unique Flange Design:

② The unique sealing structure can protect the end of the heating wire from moisture, corrosion, water and oil; heating element
③ Both the high pressure of the nozzle and the heat loss of the nozzle can be prevented.
④ The embedded type and welding sealing process ensure uniform nozzle temperature and various nozzle tip structures.
